Hi! Have you reached a point in your spiritual journey with Jesus Christ where you realize that fasting and prayer need to become an essential part of your Christian walk? If so, you’re in the right place!

I’m Lyn, and I’ve spent the past 10 to 11 years trying to make fasting and prayer a lifestyle. I’ll be honest – I failed miserably for about 10 of those years! I tried every possible way to incorporate fasting and prayer, but it wasn’t until one day, by God's grace, that I figured it out. Now, I’m in a place where I can share my experiences with you in hopes that they will help you succeed in this vital discipline—one that I feel has been overlooked in the church for far too long.

In recent times, with the many changes happening in the world, there has been a renewed desire for God—a desire for people to truly know Him. With that, the practice of fasting and prayer is once again taking its rightful place at the forefront of Christian life.

I’m not an expert, but I am a believer in Jesus Christ who has made mistakes, learned from them, and by God's mercy, finally got it right. My hope is to use the knowledge and experience I’ve gained to help others get it right, too. I’ve done it all: fruit fasts, intermittent fasting, 24-hour fasts, 36-hour fasts, water fasts, and even dry fasts. I’m human, just like you, and if God can give me the grace to do it, He can do the same for you!

I named this blog Spiritual Fast Track because that’s what happens when you add fasting to prayer. Everything accelerates—answers to prayers come quickly, your understanding of God and His Word deepens, obstacles are removed, family bloodlines are restored, and healing occurs at a rapid pace.

​

I pray that the revelations and advice shared on this blog will be an even greater blessing to you than they have been to me.
